In today's male-dominated technology industry, how do leaders intentionally decide to support inclusion and shift workplace culture? During this session we’ll discuss the practical steps some leaders have taken to support diversity in the workplace, what risks they’ve taken, roadblocks they have encountered, and the tough decisions they’ve made to promote a more inclusive culture.
