The gaming industry is one of the most innovative and impactful industries, and it is growing like crazy. Games are everywhere, and so are people that play games: board games, mobile games, PC and console games, VR experiences, and more. Games transform societies and are often at the forefront of cultural change. Let's talk about how we can remove barriers to get more women and minorities into the industry. Let's discuss how games have changed, become more inclusive, and pushed not only technical boundaries, but also boundaries in how we see and experience the world around us. And let's dive into the opportunities that exists for women interested in developing games, and the skills that can get them there.
