Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Imposter syndrome, a popular obstacle people face in their professional life, is the belief where people, very often womxn, doubt their accomplishments and have a persistent, often internalized fear of being exposed as a fraud. People experiencing this remain convinced that they don’t deserve the success they have achieved and often sell themselves short. In this session, participants will better understand how and when imposter syndrome shows up for them. It will teach them a way to realize their concrete value, validate their efforts and outcomes for improving confidence levels, and overcome imposter syndrome to finally believe they belong on the ship.
