Life is like a long sea voyage, it requires a crew to successfully reach the destination. As you work to achieve personal and professional success, how can you enlist the support of your crew? The first step is building your crew - identifying the roles that are needed and the individuals to fill them.

In this session, we’ll dig into 3 key roles: ally, mentor and sponsor. We’ll look at the differences between these roles and how each one provides a unique form of support. We’ll then focus on the role you play in cultivating and maintaining these relationships over time. At the conclusion of this session, you’ll walk away with specific actions you can take to build and refine your crew.
