Melody Biringer here, founder and producer of the WiT Regatta.

Several years ago I challenged myself to figure out what my true priorities were. I called it my “100 Things I CRAVE List.” This is not a shopping “bucket list!” It is a list of what I want to spend my time doing.

After years invested in this project, I developed some strategies for figuring out and clarifying how to create my list. We will discover together the top things you love and care about AND explore what we have in common.

While COVID-19 has generated significant challenges and uncertainty in our daily lives, it has also forced us to slow down and discover what is REALLY important to us.

Join me and Katie Mooney for Part B - 45 minute taste of my 5 week program to check in on your progress.
