Woman Crush Wednesday: 60-min Yoga Flow by The Six
Join Karen Terrado of The Six for a Slow Flow yoga practice.

Slow Flow is an appealing approach to yoga for both beginners and experienced yogis. A slower practice ensures you find more time and space to learn the basics and get in touch with your body. Additionally, it is a great opportunity for deeper exploration of advanced poses. In Slow Flow, we encourage you to take your practice at your own pace and finish with a bit of rest to heal your body and nervous system.

CRAVE Your Life, OWN Your Vision - Part A
Melody Biringer here, founder and producer of the WiT Regatta.
Several years ago I challenged myself to figure out what my true priorities were. I called it my “100 Things I CRAVE List.”
This is not a shopping “bucket list!”  It is a list of what I want to spend my time doing.
After years invested in this project, I developed some strategies for figuring out and clarifying how to create my list. We will discover together the top things you love and care about AND explore what we have in common.

While COVID-19 has generated significant challenges and uncertainty in our daily lives, it has also forced us to slow down and discover what is REALLY important to us.

Join me and Katie Mooney for this Part A- 60 minute taste of my 5 week program and discover your top CRAVINGS. We will meet-up again on the last day (Part B) of the WiT Regatta and check in on your progress. Make sure to sign up for Part B here: https://sched.co/dT8J
