Annette Erdozaincy is a Technical Recruiter at Facebook where she hires Full Stack Engineers and Infrastructure Engineers for the Menlo Park and Seattle offices. She’s involved in the full lifecycle of the recruiting process from reaching out, preparing candidates at every stage of the interview process, through the offer stages. Before joining Facebook in March, she recruited for Zendesk. Prior to that she was at The Sourcery, where she recruited for various startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. Outside of work you can normally find her taking a ClassPass class, walking a dog through Wag!, or taking a jog by the beach.
