Carrie Francey

Vice President, Global Alliances
Carrie Francey is an industry thought leader and C-level Executive leading both Sales and Channel Organizations in the software and services field.

Carrie is the Global Vice President at ServiceNow Global Alliances. She and her team are responsible for developing joint sales, developing innovative joint solutions that greatly enhance business outcomes for our top alliances and customers and responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing, channels and operational leadership.

Prior to this role, she led sales, strategy and alliance leadership roles. As Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), she was successful in driving over $1B of revenue for the company and led the company’s strategy to move to a cloud business model.

At Microsoft, Carrie served as General Manager-Sales, Channel, Marketing and Programs for the Microsoft Learning Division. In this role, under Carrie’s leadership, Microsoft’s developer share was expanded through scaling the channel to broaden reach, bringing in new partnerships and redesigning the programs growing from 1.9M active users to 3M in just a two-year period.

As the Chief of Staff to both Microsoft’s OEM and ISV divisions, she led the teams responsible for strategy, sales excellence and business analytics for the $16B + organization. Carrie has also held management roles with Siebel Systems.

Carrie has a BA in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada. She has lectured on enterprise business and planning at Seattle University. In 2018 she was recognized as a Top Female Leader in SaaS and is a co-founder of Womenincloud.com, recognized as one of the top Seattle organizations supporting early stage start-ups and driving economic access. She also sits as an advisory member of Corent Technologies, and previously served on the American Red Cross Board.
