I am a Senior Supportability Program Manager for Modern Workplace at Microsoft. I am responsible for gathering, analyzing, categorizing and presenting trending customers pain points.
I build customer facing solutions leveraging key learnings and insights from Machine learning and Artificial intelligence technologies.
I am also responsible for communicating the customers voice to the appropriate feature crews within the engineering group. I assist in the prioritization of product and service improvements as well as influences planning of future feature enhancements.
