Jen Olson is the marketing director for A&R Solar. Before getting involved in renewable energy, she worked as a newspaper reporter covering everything from state government to parole board hearings to runaway livestock. Jen spent 10 years at Microsoft in various roles and at nonprofits as a communication and marketing director. She has served on boards of several LGBTQ organizations. A native Minnesotan, she is quarantined in Seattle with one large and demanding feline.
