I am a perceptual neuroscientist working as a senior design researcher on the Xbox Research team. As a design researcher, I apply my expertise in human cognition and behavior to provide insights across the Xbox game portfolio. My past titles include Halo Wars 2, Killer Instinct, Microsoft Solitaire Collection, and State of Decay 2. I currently serve 343 Industries as a product lead researcher on Halo Infinite where I cultivate a healthy feedback culture using social media to foster transparent dialogue with the gaming community. I've also worked as a data culture consultant, advising researchers and professionals on the integration of feedback into the design and engineering process.
 
My background is cognitive and perceptual neuroscience, with a specialization in advanced neural imaging and classification algorithms. Prior to working in games, I performed research on human cortical mapping investigating individual differences in auditory and visual processing. I love all things music related and often forget people can still hear me singing when I wear headphones.
