MaryKelly Rich is the Corporate Communications & Event Manager at SkyKick - a Seattle based SaaS company, focused on building cloud products that empower IT Service Providers. She is responsible for the company’s brand storytelling initiatives, which spans from external stakeholder-facing communication plans to enterprise event creation and development. Prior to joining SkyKick, MaryKelly spent twelve years in the tech industry – specifically in the automotive and cybersecurity realms. Known for her ability to lead complex projects and consistently raise the bar, she has been tapped on the shoulder to help lead department and companywide initiatives outside of her day-to-day role at every company she has worked for. At SkyKick, she has been tapped to help drive additional, and dedicated, D&I programs. And as the first woman to get pregnant while working at SkyKick was instrumental in shaping the company’s maternity policy for future SkyKick mothers. In her spare time, MaryKelly serves as the Collegiate Marketing Adviser to the University of Washington’s Alpha Phi Sorority (now in her 14th year as an advisor). And on the weekends she can be found adoring (or struggling) with her two-year-old son’s new found independence streak #TheStruggleIsReal.
MaryKelly resides in the Bothell area with her husband and two-year-old.
