Pamela was born and raised in Seattle, WA, with deep roots in South Seattle. A lover of all things food and beverage related, she has been in the food service industry for 16 years. After twelve years of selling produce in the world-famous Pike Place Market, Pamela chose to broaden her knowledge of the restaurant industry by working in one. She instantly fell in love with the hustle and bustle of restaurant life and is constantly seeking out new projects to expand her understanding of the industry.
