Suguna started her career as an engineer primarily working on back end service development in Java. Slowly she got into architecture role. A few years later, she joined as a manager for building customer orchestration services at Nordstrom. She has tremendous experience working on data as well as migration to cloud data platforms. She played a key role in multiple business-critical initiatives, such as Beauty loyalty program, Single customer account, and Single product syndication platform using event-driven architecture. She supported events with high volume traffic with single-digit millisecond SLA.

Suguna presented a talk in the tech showcase at GHC 2018. She presented tech talks at Mongo conference and Chicktech at Seattle. Suguna is passionate to learn new technologies and solving complex problems.
