Terrell Holmes is a corporate trainer, leadership coach, and organization development consultant. His mission is to develop responsive and compassionate leaders, resilient employees, and mindful organizations to make value-driven organizations the norm.

Terrell has shared his expertise with a number of institutions. Among those are California Department of Corrections, Cal State Maritime University, CalTrans, Kaiser Permanente, Luminar Technologies, and St. Mary’s College. Terrell also provides leadership skills coaching and 1:1 coaching in setting boundaries, life-work-value alignment, career development, facilitation, and public speaking.

Prior to building his organizational consulting practice, Terrell worked in marketing technology. Over the course of his career, his roles evolved from assistant account manager to director of professional services at industry-leading organizations, including Wyndham Worldwide, Marin Software, and Razorfish Health (iFrontier).

Terrell earned his MS in Organization Development (MSOD) from the University of San Francisco School of Management and his BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Virginia Tech. He is currently researching stressors for autistic people in the software workplace.
